As part of our interdisciplinary team, you'll provide therapy services through a combination of telehealth and onsite services at partner community locations and adult day care centers while collaborating with psychiatric providers and fellow behavioral health professionals to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
Compensation $35–$45 per clinical hour/session Compensation is based on licensure level, credentials, experience, and clinical expertise.

Flexible hybrid work environment Established referral network and patient flow Opportunity to develop and maintain a consistent caseload Opportunity to establish ongoing client relationships through partner adult day care centers and community-based programs Collaborative team-based approach to care Access to psychiatric providers and interdisciplinary support Supportive leadership and mission-driven culture Professional growth opportunities within a growing behavioral health organization Opportunity to help shape programs and services as the organization expands Bilingual clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply What You'll Do Clinical Services Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments Develop individualized treatment plans Provide individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy services Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Motivational Interviewing (MI) Solution-Focused Therapy Trauma-Informed Care Support clients in developing healthy coping skills, emotional regulation strategies, and wellness goals Provide crisis intervention when clinically appropriate Collaboration & Care Coordination Collaborate with psychiatric providers, primary care providers, care managers, and interdisciplinary team members Participate in case consultations and treatment planning discussions Coordinate referrals and connect clients with community resources Support continuity of care and patient advocacy Documentation & Compliance Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation Maintain treatment plans, assessments, and progress notes in accordance with regulatory requirements Ensure compliance with HIPAA, payer requirements, and professional standards Follow organizational policies and clinical best practices
Required Master's Degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field Active New Jersey license or associate license in good standing, including: LCSW LSW MSW LPC LAC Other qualified behavioral health licenses recognized by the State of New Jersey Preferred Outpatient behavioral health experience Community-based mental health experience Telehealth experience Experience working with culturally diverse populations Bilingual clinicians strongly encouraged to apply Work Location & Schedule Hybrid position (Telehealth and In-Person) Opportunities available throughout New Jersey Flexible scheduling options available Full-time, part-time, and fee-for-service opportunities may be available In-person services may be provided at partner adult day care centers, community-based locations, and other patient-serving programs Clinicians may build and maintain their caseload through onsite services, community partnerships, and established referral sources Consistent referral opportunities to support long-term caseload growth About Mindify Wellness and Care Mindify Wellness and Care is dedicated to expanding access to compassionate, high-quality behavioral health services throughout New Jersey.
