Duties and Responsibilities

Provide full-scope OB/GYN care, including prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, gynecologic, and preventive health services. Conduct well-woman exams, contraceptive counseling, fertility evaluations, and menopause management. Diagnoses and treat reproductive system disorders, infections, and other related conditions. Perform gynecologic procedures, including but not limited to: Pap smears and colposcopies IUD insertions and removals Endometrial biopsies Minor office-based surgical procedures Conduct physical examinations; determine and implement courses of treatment; monitor results of treatment and adjust as needed. Proactively assists the patient and family through all facets of accessing care at the Clinic and elsewhere, serving as a resource to resolve patient and family concerns. Participates in improving the quality of care, including participation in peer review, setting clinical standards for medical support staff, and monitoring the quality of medical services to patients. Responsible for coordinating medical care with internal and external medical specialties as needed Document all patient encounters in the electronic health record (EHR) accurately and in a timely manner. Follow evidence-based guidelines and clinic protocols. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, HIPAA, and organizational policies. Nexplanon placement and removal Basic obstetric and gynecologic ultrasound Position Requirements: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution. Completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Valid, unrestricted medical license in California DEA registration and current BLS certification Minimum 2+ years of OB/GYN experience preferred Experience working in a community clinic, FQHC, or underserved population preferred. Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and procedural skills. Commitment to patient-centered care and cultural humility. Requirements

Requires a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree and completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program. Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible and hold a valid, unrestricted medical license in California.
