Registered nurses will provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to patients in their homes to support recovery and independence. They are responsible for managing daily schedules, coordinating care with an interdisciplinary team, and providing health education to patients and families.

  • Boston and surrounding neighborhoods

  • Newton, Waltham, Wellesley, Weston, Needham, and Wayland
  • Framingham, Natick, Sudbury, and surrounding MetroWest communities
  • Quincy and surrounding South Shore communities

For clinicians traveling within Boston, city parking passes are available to help make travel between patient visits more convenient.

Qualifications

  • Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
  • Minimum 1 year of acute or sub-acute nursing experience required
  • Home care experience preferred
  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt in dynamic environments
  • Comfortable with electronic documentation and mobile technology
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory
