About the Job: We’re looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our collaborative team.
You’ll focus on early intervention, chronic disease management, and long-term wellness in a setting that values quality over volume.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities in Patient Care): Comprehensive Care: Provide both in-person and virtual visits to increase access and continuity of care.
