About the job
We’re looking for a Physician Assistant to join our collaborative team in a PRN capacity. You’ll focus on early intervention, chronic disease management, and long-term wellness in a setting that values quality over volume.
- PRN providers have the opportunity to pick up shifts during the following clinic hours, based on clinic needs and availability:
- Monday & Wednesday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM-12:00 PM
What you’ll do (Key responsibilities in patient care)
- Comprehensive
- Care: Provide both in-person and virtual visits to increase access and continuity of care.
- Diagnosis &
- Planning: Prescribe medications and develop personalized health plans with your patients.
- Wellness
- Education: Educate patients on wellness, prevention, and lifestyle management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, medical assistants, and other clinicians.
- Culture: Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture.
What you’ll bring to the team (Minimum qualifications)
- Active and unrestricted PA license in the practicing state.
- Board certification as a PA.
- DEA registration.
- 2+ years of primary care experience preferred.
- Experience treating patients ages 2+.
- Familiarity with HIPAA and a strong commitment to patient confidentiality.
- Ability to pass on-site credentialing.
