As a Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA), you will assess, diagnose, treat, and manage patients in collaboration with physicians and an interdisciplinary care team.

You’ll serve as a trusted advocate for patients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless, coordinated care across the continuum.

In addition to providing comprehensive primary care, you will help lead quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives that drive outstanding patient outcomes and elevate the care experience.

  • Shift: Full Time, 40 hours/week. Monday - Friday, Day shift. No weekends or holidays!

Experience

1. Two (2) years’ experience as Nurse Practitioner Required in a Primary Care Setting. 2. A minimum of two years nursing experience in specific clinical area preferred. 3. Demonstrated ability to work independently in an interdisciplinary environment. 4. New to practice Providers cannot be considered at this time.

Education

1. Completion of a Nurse Practitioner program required. 2. MSN required.

Licensures/Certifications

1. BLS Certification by American Heart Association preferred upon hire, required in timeframe specified in CPR (BLS)/ALS/PALS Policy 2. Licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing Examiners as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner. 3. May require PALS (pediatric advanced life support). 4. Successful completion of the MLH credentialing process through the Medical Staff office, with temporary or permanent privileges approved.

Requirements

Candidates must have a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and a valid Pennsylvania Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner license. A minimum of two years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a primary care setting is required.
