Qualicare Home Care SF Bay Area is currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver to provide one-on-one care for a client in Fremont, CA.

Assist with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs) Provide companionship and emotional support Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed Perform housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe home Provide medication reminders (non-medical) Assist with mobility and safe transfers as needed Accompany the client on walks, appointments, or errands when appropriate Follow the individualized care plan Complete required documentation accurately
Previous caregiving experience preferred Home Care Aide (HCA) registration preferred (If not yet registered, we'll guide you through the process.)
