About the role

The Speech Language Pathologist will evaluate patients to create individualized treatment plans and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care. They are also responsible for documenting patient progress and educating families on treatment goals and techniques.

Speech Language Pathologist (New Grads and Experienced SLP Positions) (Excellent Benefits Package, Relocation Package, Lucrative Compensation/Bonus Structure and more!) We are actively hiring for a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to join our team!

Position Responsibilities: Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans based on physician orders.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care.

Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment goals and techniques.

Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with policy.

Participate in departmental initiatives, in-service training, and continuing education.

Contribute to the development of innovative speech therapy programs and services.

Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.

Eligible for New York State licensure and registration.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or eligibility to obtain.

Both new graduates and experienced SLP's are encouraged to apply.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required within 90 days of hire).

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program and be eligible for New York State licensure. A Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA is required or must be obtainable, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory within 90 days of hire.
