Market context

Kentucky children’s services support roles stay competitive

In Kentucky, community support roles in children’s services are often in demand where outpatient and school-based behavioral health programs need staff who can support children and families consistently. These positions are competitive because employers look for candidates with direct mental health or co-occurring disorder experience, a high school diploma or GED, and readiness to complete required training after hire. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits on this page to save time, then tailor your application to show hands-on experience with youth, families, and treatment settings.
