Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) help provide supervision and support to clients in our residential group home setting.

DSPs/Residential Behavior Specialists work with a supportive team that includes the Residential Manager and others to support five female residents in our home.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or G.E.D. and at least one year of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities. A valid driver's license for at least three years and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds are required.
