The EEG Technician is responsible for performing and monitoring a full range of neurodiagnostic studies, including routine, continuous long-term, and ambulatory EEG setups. They also manage individual workflow to ensure the completion of assignments and assist with the administration of the EEG Lab.
Requires high school diploma or equivalent. One to two years of EEG Tech experience is preferred. Current certification as an EEG Technician is preferred. Demonstrated working knowledge of EEG equipment and procedures Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Work requires the ability to communicate orally. Work requires ability to reach and grasp objects as well as manual dexterity. Work requires the ability to enter words and data into a computer or similar device.
