Responsible for effectively communicating with residents, families, and notifying the case manager of any changes in condition or concerns. The Resident Assistant assists in the dining room and participating in activities and outings.
Candidates should ideally have six months of experience in long-term care or assisted living. Registration as a Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aide, or Certified Nursing Assistant is preferred.
