Rehab Aide

We're seeking a dedicated rehab aide to support our licensed therapists and nurses in delivering exceptional rehabilitative care across inpatient and outpatient settings. • What you’ll do
• Assist in direct patient care under supervision of licensed therapists and nurses
• Support therapy treatments and maintain clean, organized treatment areas
• Document care provided and assist with clerical tasks like billing, scheduling, and inventory
• Operate and maintain therapy equipment safely
• Provide reception support including answering phones and directing calls

• What you bring
• High school diploma required
• Completion of a nursing assistant program or equivalent experience
• Minimum 1 year of patient care experience (Physical therapy, occupational therapy, nursing, or home health preferred)
• Maryland cna certification preferred
• Current bls (Cpr) certification required
• Strong computer, typing, and filing skills
• Physical ability to lift and assist patients

• Physical & mental requirements
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting (Up to 50 lbs.), and equipment handling
• Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on multiple tasks
• Comfortable working in clinical environments with exposure to body fluids and temperature fluctuations
