Position: Community Health Worker- Full time- 40 hours/week Shift: Monday- Friday- 8am-4:30pm- LMC home site Experience: Minimum 2-years' work or volunteer experience in human services or healthcare.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of experience in human services or healthcare. A Pennsylvania State Certification for Certified Community Health Workers is required or must be obtained within two years of hire.
