Provide inpatient care for critically ill patients in the intensive care unit while collaborating with a multi-professional team of physicians and APPs. Make rapid assessment and treatment decisions, facilitate appropriate levels of care, and maintain precise communication with healthcare teams.
M Physicians will provide compensation in the amount of $1,020 for each 12 hour shift. The hourly equivalent rate for the position is $85.00 per hour. Eligible for additional shift differentials. This casual position is not benefits-eligible. Must be a graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Adult Nurse Practitioner program with current licensure and prescriptive authority in Minnesota. Requires experience in a critical care environment, with preference for candidates with 3-5 years of inpatient experience.
