The Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner will perform psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatments for adults and adolescents in a crisis stabilization and outpatient setting. They will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team to design individualized treatment plans and provide ongoing psychiatric care.
Center for Human Development (CHD) is seeking a Per diem Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner to work in a team environment providing care to adults and adolescents in CHD’s Crisis Stabilization and Outpatient Clinic in Chicopee Massachusetts. This is an on-site position at our clinics. These programs treat individuals and families throughout the care continuum. Services include but are not limited to individual counseling, psychiatry, recovery coaching, case management, treatment for substance use disorders, and peer support.
Shift: Per Diem, relief for coverage needs
$100.00/hr.

Candidates must hold state certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and possess an unrestricted APRN license, DEA registration, and Mass Controlled Substance Registration. Preference is given to those with both FNP and PMHP certifications.
