Minimum of a Master’s degree in Counseling or Social Work with an Ohio Professional Counselor or LSW licensure status. Demonstrated experience in the treatment of children, adolescents, adults and families individually and in group modality. Ability to reasonably problem solve complex and possible crisis mental health client problems. Ability to develop and write clear, concise documents involving client outcome reporting requirements. Effective time management and interviewing skills. Acceptance and dedication toward the Mission of Red Oak Behavioral Health.
