The Admissions Assistant is responsible for obtaining required information and admitting residents in an efficient manner. They also assist in the resident admission orientation program according to established policies and procedures.
Loma Linda Post Acute is an 83 bed Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility and is part of a Chancellor Health Care campus community, which includes Linda Valley Villa, a 98-apartment retirement living community for the active senior. Our campus is conveniently located in Loma Linda, near four major hospitals. We are looking for an experienced Admissions Coordinator to work Part Time (weekends only)! PAY: $20 -24 per hour / DOE
The primary purpose of this job position is to obtain required information and admit residents in an efficient manner, in accordance with established policies and procedures, and as directed by your supervisor.
Receive and follow schedule/instructions from your supervisor and as outlined in our established policies and procedures. Assist in interviewing residents/guardians/sponsors and obtaining required admission information and signatures. Assist in the resident admission orientation program in accordance with our established policies and procedures.
Required: Admissions Coordinator experience in Post Acute or Skilled Nursing required
