• Travel Physical Therapist - Outpatient (Days) Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist - Outpatient for a 13-week travel assignment in Colebrook, NH. Contract Details 3x10hr days; Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday - 30hrs/week Start Date: 8/24/2026 Contract: 13 Weeks Location: Colebrook, NH Hourly Pay: $ 26.00 Non-taxed Stipend: $ 1190.00 Weekly Total Pay: $ 1775.00 Weekend Requirements: Every Saturday *Please look into housing options PRIOR to submitting candidate
• Physical Therapist need for hospital-based outpatient outpatient and inpatient acute & swing at Critical Access Hospital. Key Responsibilities: Reviewing patient medical histories Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns Developing individualized patient treatment plans Outlining clear patient goals and the expected plan outcomes Using exercises, stretching, equipment and hands-on therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility and prevent further pain and injury Recording patient progress and modifying the plan of care if needed Educating patients and family members about the recovery process Compensation: Weekly Pay (hourly) + Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible) Pay package details provided upon offer

Requirements

Minimum Requirements: Must have 2 years current Physical Therapy experience NO NEW GRADS Outpatient experience is required Inpatient experience is highly preferred Must have and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification during employment Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and reliability Compliance/Screening (Pre-Start): Drug screen and background check (facility required) Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned
