How you'll contribute as an employee of CTRH you will join a team that embodies a culture of teamwork and effective communication, essential for the delivery of patient care. As Rehabilitation RN you will be responsible for providing direct patient care through assessments, nursing interventions, documentation, and interdisciplinary coordination, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.
Accurately performs patient assessments and identified patient needs.
Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions.
Provides patient and family teaching throughout the rehabilitation stay and prior to discharge.
Provides care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient.
Works cooperatively and actively participates with other members of the interdisciplinary team.
