The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and monitor resident health status according to care plans. They are also responsible for documenting health information and collaborating with physicians and the care team.
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for weekend evening shifts. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care, support residents’ well-being, and collaborate effectively with the care team.
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor and document residents’ health status Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, and team members Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies
