Sentara Martha Jefferson is hiring an Interventional Technologist II for the Cardiac Cath and EP labs in Charlottesville, VA! This is a full time, day shift with required call.

This well-rounded team includes 20 members focused on Vascular Intervention Department patient populations. The Interventional Tech II can expect to see 10 patients per day. The schedule is Monday to Friday days with no weekends. Rotating call after 4PM is required. Weekend call starts at 7am once per month.
Schedule is four 9-hour shifts with rotating days off.
The Interventional Technologist II performs complex invasive interventional procedures such as diagnostic, therapeutic, and/or interventional procedures under the direction of a qualified physician while adhering to interventional and procedural policies and protocols: provides patient and family education; operates equipment safely; completes department documentation; maintains all equipment to be clean and operational; maintains adequate supply of inventory for performing examinations; participates in departmental performance improvement activities.
