Wednesday Day Shift + Thursday–Saturday Evening Shift Wednesday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM Thursday–Saturday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Evening Shift | 2: 00 PM – 10:00 PM Sunday–Wednesday

What you'll do
- As an LPN, you will provide hands-on nursing care while working closely with residents, families, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team. Responsibilities include:
- Assessing residents' needs and changes in condition
- Providing nursing care according to individualized care plans
- Administering medications and treatments as ordered
- Supervising CNAs and other nursing personnel
- Communicating with residents, families, and healthcare providers
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
- Following applicable state and federal regulations and facility policies
- Promoting a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents
- What we're looking for
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to assess resident needs and respond appropriately

Our 3-month Long-Term Care New Nurse Residency is designed to help newly licensed nurses transition into long-term care with confidence. You will receive structured onsite mentorship and participate in the Geri-Res residency curriculum while gaining valuable hands-on experience.
