Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant license Associate degree in Nursing, Health Sciences, or related field Experience in a hospitalist or acute care setting Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic healthcare environment Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems Commitment to providing compassionate patient care
Schedule: 6a-3p, 3- to 5- day blocks
· No call requirement
· 45 beds
· Patient Volume: Rounding on ~10-12 patients per day, ~10 admissions, and ~2 consults
· Patient Population: Elderly
· Case Types: Low to medium acuity
· Must be board-certified
