  • Current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration (mandatory).

Requirements

Candidates must be Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and hold an active Kentucky medical license or IMLC participation. Additionally, current BLS certification and DEA registration are mandatory.
