Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will bring specialized training or hands-on experience in direct patient care, demonstrating a strong foundation in clinical support and a commitment to compassionate service. Works as part of an interdisciplinary team to support patients with behavioral health conditions including substance use, PTSD, suicidal or homicidal ideation, mental instability, and trauma. Observes and documents patient mood, behavior, and interactions; completes rounds and precautionary checks; reports concerns to nursing staff. Assists patients with activities of daily living and performs delegated care tasks under the direction of a licensed nurse. Maintains a clean, organized, safe, and well‑stocked patient care environment.

Qualifications

Specialized training in basic patient care preferred (e.g. CNA, MA, military medical training, NA, NT, nursing student who has completed skills labs or has at least 6 months experience in direct patient care) High School Diploma or GED BLS Required at the time of Hire We're all about well-being, starting with yours.
