McLeod Centers for Wellbeing is seeking a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the night shift for our Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) in Concord, NC.

How will you help us achieve our mission? You will

Administer medication to clients according to medical orders.

Maintain accurate record-keeping, to include notes as required.

Perform intake with new clients.

Ensure doctor’s orders are followed.

Obtain vital signs from clients as needed or as ordered by the doctor.

Respond to staff needs – give PPD tests, respond to medical codes.

Audit charts, ensure medical inventory is stocked.

What are the qualifications needed for this role? This role requires a valid NC LPN or LPN from another state that participates in the multistate nurse licensure compact. What we offer you as an employee:

Candidates must hold a valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in North Carolina or a state participating in the multistate nurse licensure compact. The role requires the ability to perform clinical nursing duties in a substance use disorder treatment setting.
