Reports to the Director of Surgical Services.

Responsibilities include assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation and documentation of surgical patients.

Overall responsibility is for the nursing care of patients and for maintaining standards of nursing practice and optimal outcomes, including supervision of OR Technicians.

Job Requirements Required Graduate of an accredited RN program Registered Nurse: CA (RN:CA) Basic Life Support - CPR (BLS-CPR) within 30 Days Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 30 Days Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 30 Days

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited RN program and hold a valid California Registered Nurse license. Required certifications include BLS-CPR, ACLS, and PALS, all to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
