Experience
Requirements: Registered Nurses require 18 months of recent experience in their specialty area i.e. ICU, OR, etc. to be eligible for the Resource Pool. Nursing Care Partners as per the Sentara Nursing Care Partner Job Profile. II.

Facility supported: Nurses are required to work assigned shifts in all units in their division of choice.
Flexi -
Hours: The team member must enter at least 24 hours prescheduled time per calendar month in API. Of these prescheduled hours, 8 hours scheduled on a weekend shift and 8 hours on an off-shift
