Part-Time: Saturday & Sunday 7a-7pm

Your Role in Our Mission

As a Behavior Technician II (BT), your days will be spent equipping individuals with the tools, coping skills and support to prevent hospitalization and crisis. Responsibilities include facilitating daily programs and rehabilitative activities, providing therapeutic interventions, and assisting with personal care. As a member of the REACH team, you will work closely with participants' primary care providers, community crisis services, and families to ensure comprehensive support for those referred to the home.

Compensation & Benefits • Competitive Rate

$21 - $24 / hr based on experience
Paid training: CPR / first-aid, Mindset, Medication Administration, Infectious Disease, Seizure Management, and QMHP-T supervision!
Receive a sign-on and retention bonus paid at 3, 6, and 12 months (full-time new hires only). Plus, additional yearly stipends provided as grant funding permits!!

Requirements

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a human services field or be eligible to register as a Qualified Mental Health Professional Trainee. Experience working with IDD/Behavioral Health disorders and a valid driver's license are required.
