Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. The role requires the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and a commitment to providing high-quality, inclusive support.

Assist individuals with personal care, hygiene, grooming, dressing, meal preparation, housekeeping, and other daily living activities.
Support individuals in achieving personal goals and maximizing independence.
Implement Individual Habilitation Plans (IHPs), service plans, and behavioral support plans.
Teach and reinforce daily living, social, communication, and adaptive skills.
Administer medications and implement prescribed healthcare programs in accordance with agency policies and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and report changes in health, behavior, or overall well-being.
Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment.
Provide transportation and accompany individuals to appointments, employment sites, recreational activities, and community events.
Encourage meaningful community participation and social engagement.
Complete accurate documentation of services, incidents, and individual progress.
Participate in training programs, team meetings, and collaborative service planning.
