How you’ll contribute

A phlebotomist who excels in this role

Labels, processes and delivers specimens for testing.

Collects blood specimens using age-appropriate techniques.

Maintains equipment and medical supplies.

Assists with coordinating and conducting blood drives, including interviewing and screening donors.

  • What we’re looking for To be successful in this role, candidates should have a high school diploma, BLS certification, and phlebotomy training. Additional requirements include:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Certification from ASCP or NHA preferred
  • Basic Life support (BLS) obtained within 30 days of hire
  • Formal phlebotomy training preferred

Requirements

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have completed formal phlebotomy training. A Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 30 days of hire, with ASCP or NHA certification preferred.
