  • As the LPN, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:
  • Overseeing the medical management of assigned Residential Program & caseload
  • Assists the RN in development and maintenance of records and care plans
  • Keep the RN informed of program needs and any issues regarding the individuals
  • Administering and recording prescribed medications following established protocols
  • Providing direct support to the individuals as needed

Licensed Practical Nurse Minimum Salary

$22.57/hour

Licensed Practical Nurse Maximum Salary

$26.67/hour

Licensed Practical Nurse Schedule

Schedule: M-F flexible schedule, NO on-call expectations, NO evenings, NO weekends, NO mandating, and ALL 17 observed holidays off

Qualifications

  • Registered New York State Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Valid NYS Driver’s License and reliable transportation
  • One year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred but not required

Requirements
