The Registered Nurse Float Pool member will provide clinical support across multiple locations, assisting individuals with health tasks and medication administration. They will also act as an advocate and educator, working with support teams to ensure preventative care and health goal achievement.

PRN No Weekends, No Oncall - minimum 24 hours a quarter and maximum 24 hours a week

Qualifications

What we’re looking for

The Right Credentials: An active RN or LPN license in Nebraska (or the state of practice)

Experience: At least one year of general nursing experience under your belt.

Safety First: A valid driver’s license and CPR/First Aid certification (can obtain after hire at the agency).

A Can-Do Attitude: The ability to travel between locations and work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the people we serve.

Physical Stamina: You’re comfortable being on the move—walking, standing, and the ability to safely transfer up to 50 pounds when needed.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an active Nebraska RN license and a degree in Nursing (BSN or ADN) with at least one year of general nursing experience. A valid driver's license, current CPR/First Aid certification, and the ability to safely transfer up to 50 pounds are also required.
