Description Nexus-Family Healing has an exciting opportunity for a Case Manager to join our team in our Kinship team in our St. Cloud office! This position will work specifically with relative/kinship caregivers.

Position Summary

Our Case Manager provides support and services to relatives caring for youth in St. Cloud, MN and within the surrounding area. When a relative cares for a child or sibling group removed from their homes, the advantages are tremendous for the children - but the challenges these relatives face can often be large.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related human services field. A valid Minnesota driver's license and auto insurance are required, along with the ability to pass background screenings.
