Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene assistance Monitor and record patient vital signs, health changes, and daily activities Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to promote independence and safety Support patients with meal preparation, feeding, and proper nutrition intake Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment for patients Communicate effectively with patients, families, and supervising nursing staff regarding care updates Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance patient well-being

Requirements
