Pediatric Interventional Radiologist
The Pediatric Interventional Radiologist will perform a wide range of vascular, oncological, and renal procedures, including biopsies and image-guided pain relief. Daily duties involve clinical patient care at the Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh.
University of Pittsburgh Physicians seeks Pediatric Interventional Radiologists (Multiple openings) in Allegheny County, PA.
Daily clinical job duties will include providing any of the following in patient care: providing vascular procedures (angiogram, balloon angioplasty/stent) DVT, PVD treatment, IVC filter placement and retrieval, and neurodiagnostics.
Provide Hematology/Oncology care including chemoembolization, port placement, pheresis catheter placements, Hickman placement, PICC line placement, radiofrequency ablations, TIPS, biliary intervention (PTC) embolization, and adrenal vein sampling.
Placement of AV fistulogram/declot, vein mapping, placing temporary dialysis catheters for dialysis patients and renal care including nephrostomy tube placement, ureteral stenting, renal artery angioplasty, and stenting, and RFA tumor ablation.
Perform CT and US guided tissue biopsy on all-organ systems and a wide range of image guided pain relief.
