How you’ll contribute Assumes responsibility and accountability for a designated group of patients and provides speech and language therapy evaluations, modalities, and treatments in accordance with established hospital and departmental policies and procedures, maintaining the highest degree of quality patient care. Assess speech, language, and swallowing abilities. Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs. Provide education to patients and families regarding therapy goals. Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress accurately. Collaborate with healthcare teams on care coordination. Perform other duties as assigned. Strong communication skills and clinical judgement required.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and possess a current SLP license and ASHA certification. Additionally, a CPR certification is required, and experience in an acute or rehab setting is preferred.
