*Provides direct clinical services, including but not limited to, intake assessments; individual, family, and group therapy; medication monitoring; crisis intervention; basic living skills training; and family support education *Provides direct clinical services within either an outpatient or Adult Intensive Day Treatment Program *Provides consultation to community service providers including pharmacies, schools, emergency rooms, social service agencies, medical offices, and allied health care personnel *Efficiently manage an assigned caseload including treatment plan development and authorization, timely and complete documentation of clinical services rendered, case referral, case coordination, and protection of assigned client records *Consult with physician/CRNP and or nurse regarding medication concerns, client's needs, overall progress with respect to mental health treatment, and any other salient clinical concerns in a timely fashion and follow up as appropriate *Maintain adequate and timely documentation of all services rendered *Participate constructively in performance improvement and quality assurance activities, staff meetings, and in-service trainings *Performs all other work-related duties as required Minimal Qualifications: *Masters Degree in social work or counseling from an accredited graduate program plus two years of experience in providing adults services in a mental health setting. *Preferred Qualifications Licensure as appropriate to the profession, e.g. LICSW, or LPC Required Knowledge, Ability, and Skills: *Requires a working knowledge of community mental health principles and practices, ability to relate effectively to adults with serious mental illness, and skills in the appropriate development and implementation of treatment plans. Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in social work or counseling and possess at least two years of experience in a mental health setting. Professional licensure such as LICSW or LPC is preferred.
