• Provides after hours, on call emergency services as scheduled
• Location: Western Mental Health Primary

Duties and Responsibilities

*Provides direct clinical services, including but not limited to, intake assessments; individual, family, and group therapy; medication monitoring; crisis intervention; basic living skills training; and family support education *Provides direct clinical services within either an outpatient or Adult Intensive Day Treatment Program *Provides consultation to community service providers including pharmacies, schools, emergency rooms, social service agencies, medical offices, and allied health care personnel *Efficiently manage an assigned caseload including treatment plan development and authorization, timely and complete documentation of clinical services rendered, case referral, case coordination, and protection of assigned client records *Consult with physician/CRNP and or nurse regarding medication concerns, client's needs, overall progress with respect to mental health treatment, and any other salient clinical concerns in a timely fashion and follow up as appropriate *Maintain adequate and timely documentation of all services rendered *Participate constructively in performance improvement and quality assurance activities, staff meetings, and in-service trainings *Performs all other work-related duties as required Minimal Qualifications: *Masters Degree in social work or counseling from an accredited graduate program plus two years of experience in providing adults services in a mental health setting. *Preferred Qualifications Licensure as appropriate to the profession, e.g. LICSW, or LPC Required Knowledge, Ability, and Skills: *Requires a working knowledge of community mental health principles and practices, ability to relate effectively to adults with serious mental illness, and skills in the appropriate development and implementation of treatment plans.
