Schedule: Day, Evening, and Weekend Shifts Your Work Matters How will you make a difference? As a Program Therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting our patients' biopsychosocial needs. In this role, you will provide therapeutic services, help patients develop treatment and coping skills, and contribute to a collaborative care environment focused on stabilization and recovery. Your responsibilities will include providing consultation, delivering specialized clinical social work services, conducting crisis intervention, and facilitating short- and long-term therapeutic interventions. You will work closely with the interdisciplinary treatment team to support patient progress and ensure high-quality, compassionate care. We are seeking a dedicated professional who can provide appropriate information, resources, and referrals to patients and families while helping individuals navigate their recovery journey. Utilize age-specific considerations in treatment planning. Respond promptly to social work service requests. Contribute to the effective functioning of the patient's program and meet social work needs. Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning meetings. Ensure specific, measurable goals and interventions are defined. Adhere to specific standards for the care of diverse patient populations. Utilize appropriate interventions in psychiatric emergencies.

What we’re looking for:
Education &
Licensure: Master's Degree from an accredited college or university, in Social Work or a clinically related mental health field preferred. An Illinois State license in social work or a clinically related mental health field is preferred.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work or a related mental health field and possess an Illinois state license. A minimum of two years of experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility with expertise in group and family therapy is preferred.
