🔧 Key Responsibilities

Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.

Answer resident call lights promptly and courteously.

Take and record vital signs, reporting any significant changes to the Charge Nurse.

Assist with resident transfers, ambulation, and turning to prevent pressure ulcers.

Maintain clean and organized resident rooms and common areas.

Document care provided accurately in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards.

Provide meaningful companionship and maintain resident dignity at all times.

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing with the state board.

Current CPR and First Aid certification.

Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Compassionate, dependable, and patient disposition when interacting with elderly or vulnerable populations.

Ability to lift, push, pull, and stand for extended periods.
