Market context
In Illinois, behavior technician openings are often tied to school-based and therapy settings that need support for students with behavioral and developmental needs. These roles can be competitive because employers commonly look for direct therapy-facility experience or enrollment in a therapy curriculum, and many prefer an RBT credential or willingness to earn it through training. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your experience matches the role and note the medical, dental, vision, PTO, and paid holiday coverage.
