Our Chaplains lead by example, help drive a positive culture, and are responsible for providing services of worship, counsel, religious text study, and offer spiritual support and advice to a diverse population of senior adults living independently, in assisted living, or in a health care center.

Requirements

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Divinity or equivalent ministry certification and be ordained clergy in good standing. Four units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) are highly preferred, along with experience in geriatrics and the ability to engage with diverse spiritual populations.
