Restorative CNA

$23–$25.55/hour, based on experience. Full-time Restorative CNA at The Shores, a UMC senior living community in Ocean City, NJ. 10am–6pm schedule, with weekend and holiday rotation.

What You'll Do

• Support restorative programs that promote resident independence and functional ability
• Assist with ADLs while encouraging resident participation and self-care
• Carry out restorative care plans and document progress accurately
• Provide ambulation, range-of-motion, positioning, and mobility support
• Assist with meals, transfers, and adaptive equipment use
• Watch for and report changes in resident condition or functioning
• Work with residents and the care team to reach restorative goals

What You'll Need

Required

• High school diploma or GED
• Current, active CNA certification in New Jersey
• 1 or more years of experience in a long-term care setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Schedule
