Alleviant Integrated Mental Health is seeking compassionate, reliable, and hands-on healthcare professionals to join our team as Procedural Technicians at our Bryant clinic. This role is ideal for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) or other patient-care professionals who enjoy direct patient interaction and want to be part of a growing organization that is innovating how mental health services are delivered.
As a Procedural Technician, you will play an important role in supporting safe, high-quality patient care in a collaborative clinical environment focused on both traditional mental health treatment and advanced neuromodulation therapies.
The Procedural Technician provides direct patient support and assists with clinical procedures that support mental health and neuromodulation services. This role involves hands-on patient care, room preparation, monitoring, documentation, and support of clinical workflows.

The primary work location is the Alleviant Integrated Mental Health clinic in Bryant, Arkansas, with occasional travel to nearby Central Arkansas clinics as needed. Travel is compensated when required.
Schedules may vary based on clinic needs. The environment is fast-paced, patient-focused, and highly collaborative, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and quality care.
