How you’ll contribute
A Phlebotomist who excels in this role
Labels, processes and delivers specimens for testing.
Collects blood specimens using age-appropriate techniques.
Maintains equipment and medical supplies.
Assists with coordinating and conducting blood drives, including interviewing and screening donors.

What we’re looking for • Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred; An approved nationally accredited training course in Phlebotomy Preferred
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) to be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Experience: One year of experience preferred.
- Licenses: Certification from ASCP or NHA Preferred
- Required
- Skills: Familiarity with organization and functions of each hospital department Leadership ability, integrity, and initiative required. Ability to solve problems effectively and handle stress in a positive manner. Maintain harmonious relationships with nursing personnel, medical staff, hospital administration, and all hospital department.
