We are looking for an experienced Full-time Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide primary care to our patients in the Temple, TX region. You will apply medical techniques and principles under the supervision of a physician and you will care for a diverse set of patients with chronic diseases.
Must be a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a valid Texas license. Requires 1-2 years of primary care experience, preferably with geriatric patients, and strong clinical assessment skills.

• Full-time: $150,000( Estimated take home compensation, Base salary plus incentives)
