In West Virginia, pharmacist openings often center on active state licensure and experience in settings like long-term care, where medication management and regulatory accuracy matter. These roles can be competitive because employers may prefer a PharmD and prior LTC experience, while benefits such as medical, dental, vision, HSA, and 401(k) can help distinguish offers.
