Malpractice and tail coverage provided About the Job: We’re looking for a PRN Family Nurse Practitioner to join our collaborative team in a part-time capacity.
You’ll focus on early intervention, chronic disease management, and long-term wellness in a setting that values quality over volume.
PRN providers have the opportunity to pick up available shifts based on clinic needs and their availability during the following clinic hours: Monday-Wednesday: 8:00 AM-11:00 AM | 12:00 PM-5:00 PM Thursday-Friday: 9:00 AM-11:00 AM | 12:00 PM-6:00 PM What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities in Patient Care): Comprehensive Care: Provide both in-person and virtual visits to increase access and continuity of care.
Diagnosis & Planning: Prescribe medications and develop personalized health plans with your patients.
Wellness Education: Educate patients on wellness, prevention, and lifestyle management.
Work closely with physicians, medical assistants, and other clinicians.

Candidates must hold an active, unrestricted FNP license, board certification, and DEA registration. A minimum of 2 years of primary care experience is preferred, along with the ability to pass on-site credentialing.
