What You’ll Do As an LPN or RN, you will provide direct nursing care while working closely with Nurse Techs, Med Techs, providers, and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure guests and residents receive safe, consistent, and compassionate care throughout the night.
You will: Provide quality nursing care and support to guests and residents. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and individualized care plans. Monitor guest and resident conditions and promptly communicate changes or concerns to the appropriate care team members. Complete nursing assessments and follow established clinical protocols. Respond to changes in condition and use sound clinical judgment to determine appropriate next steps. Support guests and residents with dignity, comfort, safety, and respect. Partner with Nurse Techs, Med Techs, and other nursing team members to coordinate care throughout the shift. Provide direction and support to direct-care team members as appropriate. Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely. Communicate effectively with guests, residents, families, physicians, providers, and interdisciplinary team members. Follow infection-control, safety, regulatory, and quality standards. Assist with admissions, transfers, changes in condition, and other clinical needs as they arise. Help create a calm, supportive, and well-organized overnight environment for guests, residents, and team members.
